VMA Systems acquires ICT North

We are pleased to announce that VMA Systems has successfully completed the acquisition of ICT North.

This marks an exciting new chapter for both businesses, bringing together two established organisations with strong reputations in their respective sectors. VMA Systems has built a robust platform delivering innovative software and technology solutions, while ICT North has developed a trusted position providing high-quality IT services and support to its customers.

Although the businesses operate in different sectors, this acquisition creates clear strategic synergies. By combining expertise, resources, and capabilities, we are well positioned to broaden our offering and deliver enhanced solutions across a wider customer base. This includes opportunities to introduce new services, improve operational efficiencies, and create additional value for customers of both organisations.

Importantly, ICT North will continue to operate as a standalone business, retaining its existing team, identity, and customer relationships. Continuity of service remains a top priority, and customers can expect the same high standards and trusted support they rely on today.
