OneOS: Introducing ‘Rep Actions’

We have been a little quiet recently, and with good cause as we have been working tirelessly to update the CRM functionality in OneOS and we are please to announce ‘Rep Actions’.

Rep Actions are the new place for all your customer contacts and tasks that require attention from the site representative.

They are a new addition to OneOS to bring together all the existing CRM actions, making it easier to see and track what is happening, view all the related information in one combined ‘action’.

Rep actions are available in all editions of OneOS.
